Block H / Bennelong Cove (SSD-99885210) is a proposal to place two ~50-storey towers and ~1,200 dwellings on a single Wentworth Point block. Existing controls were 16 and 25 storeys (~350 homes). The proposal is at Prepare EIS — it is not approved, and it can still be stopped.
